Joseph Anthony Budden (born August 31, 1980 {{Fact|date=April 2008) is an United States|American rapper, born in Spanish Harlem, New York City.
Music career
His sole studio album release was the self titled'' Joe Budden (album)|Joe Budden'' which produced the 2003 summer hit "Pump It Up".
