No Innocent Victim, or N.I.V., is a hardcore punk band on Facedown Records. The band was created in 1992<ref name=autogenerated1>[http://www.lordsofmetal.nl/showreview.php?id=6719&lang=en No Innocent Victim - To Burn Again | Review | Lords Of Metal metal E-zine - issue 54]</ref> in San Diego, California|San Diego, California. They produced two successive albums on the market, and then toured with Agnostic Front<ref name=autogenerated1 />. In 1998 they signed to Victory Records and published ''Flesh and Blood''. Many tours followed in the United States, Europe and Japan with bands like Agnostic Front, U.S. Bombs, Terror (band)|Terror, Hatebreed.
