Outkast (typeset as OutKast) is an United States|American hip hop music|hip hop duet (music)|duo based out of East Point, Georgia, a city south of Atlanta, Georgia|Atlanta, Georgia (U.S. state)|Georgia. They were orginally known as The OKB (The OutKast Brothers) but later changed their name to Outkast.
