Career He had four Top 40 hit single|hits in the United Kingdom|UK and Europe in 1988 and 1989 in British music|1989, including "Sit And Wait", "I'd Rather Go Blind" and his debut "If Only I Could". "If Only I Could" used the bassline and drumbeat from the Raze house music track, "Break For Love", and reached number three on the UK Singles Chart<ref name="British Hit Singles & Albums">{{cite book | first= David | last= Roberts | year= 2006 | title= British Hit Singles & Albums | edition= 19th | publisher= Guinness World Records Limited | location= London | pages= p. 616 | id= ISBN 1-904994-10-5</ref>.
