Tiffany Evans (born August 4, 1992) is an African-American actress, singer and musician. She's most famous for her single "Promise Ring (song)|Promise Ring" featuring her friend multi-platinum singer Ciara. Tiffany cites Whitney Houston as her biggest influence.

Biography
Evans was born in the Bronx, New York and is the middle child of 12 children to Lonnie Evans and Carol Evans. In February 2003, on her fourth Star Search appearance, Evans won the Grand Champion title in the junior singer division, becoming the only performer in "Star Search" history to receive perfect five scores on all of her appearances. Tiffany has starred in an episode of Law and Order SVU, playing Blair Underwood's daughter. That same year, she sang for executives at Columbia Records and was quickly offered a deal. With her musical career already on the upswing, she landed a small role on CBS's "''The District''" and appeared in the 2004 film, ''Diary of a Mad Black Woman''.
